1. Production Equipment & Machining Capacity

Our forged steel flange factory’s facility is fully integrated with comprehensive production and inspection equipment, comprising 165 units of in-house production machinery and 42 units of testing and inspection equipment. The overhead crane system provides a lifting capacity of 32 tons, enabling the manufacture of single-piece forgings weighing up to 10 tons. We maintain a complete, end-to-end manufacturing chain with dedicated equipment for:Raw material storage，Material handling and lifting，Cutting and billeting，Automated temperature-controlled heating，Forging，Heat treatment，Chemical and metallurgical analysis，Mechanical property and metallographic examination，Machining，Marking and stamping，Anti-corrosion coating，Pickling and passivation.Key cutting equipment includes:Slide-type vertical in-feed band sawing machine – cutting range up to 2,500 mm width × 1,600 mm height.Gantry-type CNC flame cutting machine – cutting range up to 4,000 mm × 8,000 mm, capable of meeting the cutting and oxy-fuel gas cutting requirements for various raw materials and custom-shaped products.Forging equipment is predominantly configured for Drop Forging，Open-die forging, supplemented by ring rolling, with a well-tiered arrangement of large, medium, and small capacity units, complemented by automatic billets manipulators and forging robots.
We operate ten regenerative-type automated temperature-controlled heating furnaces and heat treatment resistance furnaces.Machining equipment features a high proportion of CNC lathes, CNC drilling machines, and CNC machining centers, including a gantry-type boring and milling center capable of machining various custom-shaped forgings within the range of 2,500 mm × 4,000 mm. Additional equipment includes vertical lathes and universal lathes with a machining range up to ∅ 4,000 mm.We also operate: One 40-meter automated coating and anti-corrosion production line;Five units of rolling-type, low-stress pneumatic, and laser marking machines
